Where We Ship

We ship across the United Kingdom, European Union, and selected international destinations. If you're unsure whether we ship to your location, please reach out.

Handling & Dispatch

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days.

  • Weekend or holiday orders begin processing the next business day.

Delivery Timelines

  • Standard UK Delivery: 3–5 working days

  • Next-Day UK Delivery: 1–2 working days

  • Europe: 5–10 working days

  • International: Varies by location (estimates at checkout)

Delays due to courier issues, weather, or customs are outside our control.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

  • Free Standard Shipping is offered for UK orders over £100.

  • International orders may be subject to local duties and taxes.

Tracking

All parcels include tracking, provided by email once dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

Contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery or upon receiving a damaged item. We will liaise with the courier and help resolve the issue.

Address Amendments

Changes to the shipping address can only be made before the order is dispatched.
