At WeightsHub, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. Should an issue arise, we’re here to assist with hassle-free returns and fair refund procedures.

Return Period

You may return eligible items within 30 calendar days from the date you received your order.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be in new, unused condition

  • Include all original packaging

  • Have proof of purchase (e.g. email receipt or invoice)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customised or made-to-order goods

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Digital gift vouchers

Return Process

To start a return, contact our customer care team via the details at the bottom of this policy. We’ll provide return authorisation and further instructions. Items returned without prior approval may not be processed.

EU Consumer Rights – 14-Day Cooling-Off

Under EU regulations, buyers located in the European Union can cancel their order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. A full refund, including standard shipping costs, will be issued upon return of the goods in original condition.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Important Notes:

  • Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is defective or wrongly sent.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your purchase arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.

Return Shipping

Return shipping fees are borne by the customer, though discounted return labels are available through our logistics partners (DPD, DHL, FedEx)—just ask.
