Return Process
To start a return, contact our customer care team via the details at the bottom of this policy. We’ll provide return authorisation and further instructions. Items returned without prior approval may not be processed.
EU Consumer Rights – 14-Day Cooling-Off
Under EU regulations, buyers located in the European Union can cancel their order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. A full refund, including standard shipping costs, will be issued upon return of the goods in original condition.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Return shipping fees are borne by the customer, though discounted return labels are available through our logistics partners (DPD, DHL, FedEx)—just ask.
